Learning Emails

Growing up I despised 2 things leaving voicemails and sending emails. As I got older I saw the importance of learning the proper way of composing an email. Also the different add ons that you can put in an email. I learned the proper way of adding an attachment to the email and not just copying. Also seeing that I can add other people to the email.

  2. Despised leaving voicemails and sending emails?

I can only relate to the first one :-)

Very glad to hear 1.3.12 Outlook Facts helped you learn the proper way of composing an email, adding an attachment to the email, and add other people to an email ^_^

  3. At work, the first thing I have to do is check emails. It might be bothersome but it's a must in my line of work.

  4. I can agree with sending emails, it is still something I do not like to do. I can see the value but the effort it takes to compose one and read one is still not my favorite. I would rather leave voicemails and speak to someone on the phone or in person. Now in this day I can see the impracticality of it since post people are seemingly too busy but also if one is in a different country and time zone writing emails as a way to communicate would be a better option. Still do like it though.😒

  6. Email is a staple in my career, as that is the primary way to communicate. Email provides a good way to communicate as it gives you a paper trail that can back up any "he said, she said" situations, unlike a phone call.

  7. I don't like voicemails. Wish we all could text if not been able to reach.

  8. Even though it is not a voice mail but a voice message on Instagram, I seldom listen to it. It is so gay to listen to a man whispering.

  10. I feel your pain Khylie, but on that same note, I've also been forced to learn how to do both things.

  11. I too hate leaving voicemails! I absolutely dread it, however I really don't mind sending out emails, I find that it gives me an opportunity to sound extra professional.

  12. I also hate making calls and leaving voicemails. Checking and composing emails have become my second nature.

  13. Remember that different email services provide different levels of encryption. Gmail is not end-to-end encrypted; it is technically possible to intercept Gmail data. So, if Google's servers were somehow compromised, your data could be exposed.
